CAPCO specializes in domestic and international services in civil engineering, environmental work, construction management, and owner’s representation. We provide our services to commercial, environmental, petro-chemical, criminal justice, and public clients. Projects range from site civil engineering design, water and wastewater system design, environmental projects in the petro-chemical and mining industry, to large scale prison and criminal justice facility design. Our President has served as the lead design consultant, civil engineering consultant, and owner’s representative on numerous design/build projects throughout the country.

CAPCO specializes in offering our clients services beyond engineering solutions. We understand that a successful project typically requires more than sound engineering design. Our staff will handle governmental relations/negotiations such as environmental agency permitting and review cases and city, county or federal agency approvals on behalf of our clients. Since 2000 through today, we have successfully completed over 50 civil engineering and/or architectural design build projects throughout the United States, with no change orders or delays to the original project schedule.
